Job Description​

Follow up orders with client brands in Europe and the US to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Arrange sample submissions to customers for approval.

Handle Pre-Production and Size set approvals.
-
Follow up production, and delivery time frames.
-
Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements.

Handle merchandising related documents.
-
Negotiate price & timeline, prepare cost sheet and T&A.
Requirements

Undergraduate degree.
-
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience.

Strong product and material knowledge (Woven and Jersey) with good development skills. Familiar with the product development process.

Able to work under pressure, result-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.

Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Well organized, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines.
-
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Literate in Microsoft Office programs.
